A great scheme of the central government, farmers of the country get a pension of Rs 3000 every month
PM Kisan Mandhan Yojana 2024 – PM Kisan Mandhan Yojana is a great pension scheme started by the Government of India in the interest of farmers, in which farmers can easily spend their old age after investing. This scheme was started on 12 September 2019 under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi.
Let us tell you, all the farmers who avail the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana also get the benefit of PM Kisan Mandhan Yojana. Farmers who have less than two hectares of land can register in this scheme.
PM Kisan Mandhan Yojana 2024
The main objective of the scheme is to prepare the farmers for old age so that they can fulfill their small needs in their old age and for this they do not have to depend on anyone else, for this purpose this scheme was started. Under the PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana, farmers are provided a pension of ₹ 3000 every month after completing the age of 60 years. For this, farmers have to apply under the scheme and deposit between Rs 55 to ₹ 200 per month.
This is a pension scheme launched by the Government of India for small and marginal landholder farmers. By the financial year 2024, a total of 23.38 lakh farmers have joined this scheme.
Investment amount of PM Mandhan Yojana
All those farmers can apply in this scheme whose age is between 18 years to 40 years and who have less than two hectares of agricultural land. In this scheme, farmers have to deposit ₹ 55 to ₹ 200 every month during their working year according to their age. After completing their 60 years of age, farmers get a pension of ₹ 3000 every month.
If the applicant farmer dies, then his wife can avail the benefit of that pension by contributing to that scheme and if the wife of the beneficiary does not want to continue that scheme, then that deposited money is returned to her along with interest.

To apply online for this scheme, you have to visit the official website mandhan.giv.in and click on Self Enrollment there.
After this, you will have to register through the OTP received on your mobile number. Apart from this, you can also apply for it by visiting the Common Service Center (CSC).
