Member Registration

To use our advertisement services, you must register with our platform. We reserve the right to refuse or accept registration requests from advertisers.

Eligibility:
To use webnews24.link's services, the representatives and the advertiser must be authorized. You must not break any laws or terms listed here while using our services. Advertisers are required to provide correct and accurate information at all times.
Personal Information:
To become a member of webnews24.link, all Advertisers must provide us with a valid name, phone number, email address, etc.
Multiple Account Registration:
Multiple accounts are not allowed for one user. If an Advertiser creates multiple accounts, we can suspend or terminate all of their accounts.

Advertisement Terms

While creating a campaign, advertisers need to share some of their websites and certain other details. If the information on the Advertiser's website changes, it must be changed or updated in the campaign.
webnews24.link reserves the right to reject any links, keywords, or descriptions at its own discretion. We are not bound to approve each and every Advertisement that an Advertiser submits. It will be due to violating any of the site's Terms and Conditions.
All of the information provided by the Advertiser should be correct and concise.
An advertiser is only allowed to run one similar ad at a time. This term is used when an Advertiser places an Ad in the same region or simultaneously.

Monitoring of the Advertisers and Publishers' Website

An Advertiser agrees that each keyword in the advertisement listing is ranked and placed according to the highest bids.
We cannot guarantee that Advertisers' advertisements will appear on the first page of the Publishers. We have no control over the written text or graphics that appear in an Ad on a Publisher's Website. Advertisers must notify webnews24.link if they discover a violation of the Terms and Conditions or are concerned about the content displayed on the Publisher's site.
The testimonials or case studies are examples that do not guarantee everyone will achieve the same results. Each individual will be held accountable for their earnings based on the dedication and motivation shown in their tasks.

Payment Policy

Payment Methods and Currency

Advertisers may make payments to initiate a new campaign or add funds to an existing campaign on their webnews24.link account. Payment can be made in the advertiser's respective currency.

All payments received will be converted to United States Dollars (USD) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment processing.

Payment Platform Fees

Advertisers will be required to pay a nominal fee to the payment platform for processing their payment. The exact fee may vary based on the payment method and medium the advertiser chooses.

webnews24.link does not control or influence the fees charged by payment platforms. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the fee structure of their chosen payment platform.

Minimum Payment Requirement

Advertisers must make a minimum payment of $10 (USD) equivalent to ₹850 (subject to change as per the conversion rate) when adding funds to their webnews24.link account.

Advertisers who do not meet the minimum payment requirement will only be able to initiate new campaigns or add funds to existing campaigns once the minimum payment threshold is met.

Payment Processing

Payments made by advertisers will be processed promptly upon receipt. However, the actual posting of funds to the advertiser's 7Search PPC account may take some time.

webnews24.link is not responsible for any delays or issues related to payment processing caused by the payment platform or the advertiser's financial institution.

Payment Disputes

Advertisers should contact webnews24.link's customer support for the resolution of a payment dispute or discrepancy. webnews24.link will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve payment-related issues promptly. Confidentiality and Website Ownership

All information, materials, and content displayed on webnews24.link (the "Website") are private and confidential. We are the sole owner of this Website, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Violations and Consequences

Linking to Website Content

Advertisers cannot link to or embed the Website's content from any external source without obtaining explicit permission from webnews24.link

Cancellation/Termination

Any individual entity that has signed up for services and is no longer willing to continue or is no longer interested in adhering to the Terms and Conditions that are already listed must submit a request to deactivate their account.

The amount remaining in the Advertiser's account will not be refunded if the user requests account termination.

webnews24.link reserves the right to deactivate or terminate an Advertiser's account anytime at its sole discretion. It is possible to do so if there has been a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

This is entirely at the discretion of webnews24.link, and any decision made on this matter will be final.

Transfer of Rights

The rights reserved under an Advertiser's authorization shall not be transferred to any other entity. They must not allow anyone else to use the webnews24.link Advertiser's platform. Assigning your account to someone else violates our Website's Terms and Conditions.

Jurisdiction

All of the 'Terms and Conditions mentioned on this Website are subject to the laws of the country in question. If there is a dispute or claim arising from the use of the Website or the Terms of Service, it will be subject to the Jurisdiction and Courts of the concerned country.

Participation Conditions

To qualify for participation and continued use of the Service, you, Your Properties, and Advertisements must meet all of the following conditions, as well as the other terms, conditions, and restrictions outlined in these Terms and any other terms, conditions, and restrictions determined in our sole discretion (including any other additional restrictions outlined in the administrative panel on the Service).

Necessary Authority:

To submit Your Advertisements for inclusion in the Service and to use Your Advertisements on the platform, you must have the necessary ownership, permissions, rights, consents, or licenses.

In order to use all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other rights in and to the content on Your Properties and Advertisements, you must own or have the necessary licenses, rights, permissions, or consents.

Advertisements and Measurements

We make no guarantees about the volume or quality of traffic directed to Your Properties or the number of impressions your advertisements will receive. We will direct traffic to Your Properties per your order and place Advertisements per your campaign specifications, all subject to publisher and seller availability.

However, we do not make representations or warranties that traffic or impressions purchased will result in specific actions or transactions (including sales or sign-ups).

We are not obligated to use other methods or practices (including client-side software, third-party counters, or trade scripts) to measure the amount & quality of traffic sent to Your Properties or the impressions served by Advertisements. All of the measurements we provide are final.

We will take commercially reasonable steps to offer you online access to traffic and impressions reports. You will have access to such reports through the Service. These reports will be updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be in real-time.

We reserve the right to recalculate traffic if fraudulent traffic or technical errors are discovered. We reserve the right to change the form, content, and frequency of updates of such reports at any time.

When you create a campaign, we will assist you in completing it commercially reasonably. However, you acknowledge and agree that the exact fulfillment of your campaign may not be technically or commercially feasible.

The success of your campaign is determined by several factors, including the goals and requirements you set for it, as well as the willingness and ability of publishers and sellers to participate. However, you should understand and agree that you are responsible for any and all fees associated with any part of your campaign that is actually completed, as well as the costs of having your advertisements published.
